Regina Lo graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Town Planning from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Upon completion of her studies, she was heavily engaged in a wide range of development consultancy work in Hong Kong in a private planning consultancy, including statutory and non-statutory planning applications. She joined CUPEM in 2005(re-organised as KI in 2008) and has been involved in various planning consultancy projects for different clients including government departments, district councils, NGOs and private consultants. Her major duties are to provide supports in background research, public engagement activities and reporting writing. She also involved in the coordination works of the Lung Fu Shan Environmental Education Centre for The University of Hong Kong and Environmental Protection Department, and a staff training & awareness building programme for the HSBC Climate Partnership. Regina has been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2009.
